Hi

I installed the EasyDiag ios software via itunes but Its impossible to use the app.

All I get is 5 image screens that tell me >>

1. What can we do for you Vehicle diagnosis

2. How to diagnose Register

3. How to diagnose Register Connector

4. How to diagnose Purchase and download diagnostic software

5. Now you could start Vehicle Diagnosis

I cannot use the app to login or access any registration on the ipad.

I am registered at the official website for Launch and can access my information and purchases there.

 


Whay is the app not working correctly

Just click red button (something about "Start now") in the bottom on the latest slide.

Hi

The slides are all square and only work in horizontal mode not vertical.

If i turn the ipad it flips the slides 180' direct to horizontal as in the video.

I have successfully installed Auto Launch and it works perfect in as much as I can register and use app interface.

But of course my Serial numbers not recognized as its a different app for the connector.

I wanted to test it in case there was a problem with the Ipad.

So there is a problem with Ipad ios 9 and the Easydiag app.

 

I cannot find support for the UK as this is a American support forum

and they wont help the European customers.

Launch UK do not support the product only Launch China and I have had no response from them.

Anyone got a link to China support ?

Contacted China support, had 10 e-mails to and from them.

They assured me it would be fixed in IOS v9 for Ipad within two weeks.

Its been 4 weeks with no fixed software and they have stopped e-mail contact.

Very bad customer support its illegal surely ?

Still no fix :(

Waste of $$$

I have hundreds of dollars of software purchased that's non transferable to other launch products.

And no contact with Launch support.

Warning

They have released new software that is on the App Store

Now it runs on ios 9

but...............

Easy Diag US-Euro

Is no longer

Easy Diag US-Euro-Asian

If you update you loose access to your Asian market software.
