It is a four digit number generated off of the last five digits of the VIN number. I don't believe this function works yet with the Launch. I think the only working function is add keys at this time.

Have any of you run into a issue when you are trying to recode a immobilizer prompts you for a VIN entry but does not give you a option in which to input it with? Basically it's missing the keyboard field.

When prompted for input tap the keyboard at the bottom of the screen. A keyboard will pop up. When finished tap the keyboard icon again and the keyboard will hide.
