i have fited VW NEW HID bulbs but with the help of x431 can i do the adaptation ,and how?
what year and model vw ?

your vin is showing as a 2006 model
so vehicle originally equipped with halogen headlights and you installed hid xenon? if so i believe you need to change codeing ..
the following is from a tsb dated sept 2003 ....
you can try
address word 29 light control left
select 07 code control unit
enter 00002 for standard suspension
enter 00003 for pneumatic suspension
then do the same using adress word 39 light control right
now you should be able to clear codes and perform basic settings
