I have removed the app and deleted the files off the tablet reloaded the app and nothing! i can see other connectors with the tablet and my cell but my connector is not visible to anything??

Otherwise you must try to open the Android Settings icon and open the APPS menu and open FORCE STOP the application.
Then you must select CLEAR DATA and then try to login back in and download your previous loaded software.
Depending on which unit you actually have the updates process may vary slightly.
