Typically we have direct instructions and it leads you through the process when we create and register the account. If they have problems we have a
error message asking them to contact our call center for the simple fact we have to look up account information to make sure this device version is
able to run the software off of the website or else they will corrupt the folder and need to do a factory restore. With that being said i highly recommend
to give us a call before we have major issues with the tablet. It looks like you have anger toward us sad to see we have certain instructions for a reason its not just because we are bored sir. :disbeleif:
