I can't register connector as got comment "registered by others". My S/N 966790095400. Any help will be appreciated.

Same problem, cannot register ... This product does NOT work...
No support, Yellow seems to sum up the device ... Its a lemon alright?

Can Launch Tech please respond to emails for help and support .. reputation is what business are built upon!

Can you please verify for me your 12 digit serial number one more time? Also where did you purchase your EasyDiag? If it wasn't purchased from an authorized LaunchTech USA retailer it would be a large part of the problem...
